Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HVAC Service Technician (Fresher) to join our service team. The candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems while learning industry best practices under the guidance of senior technicians.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior technicians in servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems, including Split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation Systems.
* Perform routine preventive maintenance activities as per service schedules.
* Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of HVAC equipment faults.
* Clean filters, coils, drain lines, and other HVAC components.
* Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of HVAC equipment.
* Record service activities, observations, and maintenance reports accurately.
* Ensure proper handling and usage of tools, instruments, and safety equipment.
* Follow company safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
* Maintain good customer relations during site visits.
* Learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training programs.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
* ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
Desired Skills:
* Basic understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration principles.
* Willingness to learn and work in field service operations.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
